The product was everything it was described as. It was very easy to install, once the muffler supports were removed. Just be very careful when reaching up to remove the rubber muffler supports as the heat shield is very sharp! The fish technique for placing the bolts works like a charm.
One thing that I was concerned about was the look once it's installed, but I assure you it looks good! It doesn't look like a cheap bolt on hitch.
