I don't know if this unit works because it will ONLY get ATSC M/H which is a mobile signal that very few stations and cities have. For example...there is ONE in Austin, TWO in Dallas,...etc. Though all stations broadcast the ATSC signal this unit will not pick up local stations....ONLY the ones broadcasting the M/H signal! For a few dollars more I would recommend getting one that will pick up local stations (It won't pick them up if you moving or if you do the quality will be very poor) AND the ATSC M/H signal. Don't limit yourself to just one like this because you'll be disappointed. If you're lucky and your city has a station that transmits the ATSC M/H signal you will find it will only be one or two stations. And if you live in another city like San Antonio you have to drive all the way to Austin, or Houston, or Dallas to find a station transmitting the M/H signal! So if it works...I don't know...I haven't had a reason to drive 80 miles and find out!
