The quality is really good. It doesn't have any funky smell to it like some vests. It is made in the USA which is a plus to me- especially being a vet. The only drawback that I can find is that you need to order a size larger. I got lucky and ordered a size larger to fit over my riding jacket. I would recommend this to anyone and I would buy again.
