Icon Superduty 4 Boots, Brown, Size: 10, Gender: Mens 3403-0226 Review

These boots are extremely comfortable, good looking, and provide great protection! However, The little nylon webbing ICON uses for the "low profile" lacing loops started pulling out after about six months of light to moderate use. When I contacted customer service asking for repair or replacement service, they said that that type of failure qualified as "regular wear & tear". I'm an engineer, and anything that can't survive even six months of light wear and tear is worthless in my book. I can't believe they designed these so poorly, and that they continue to sell them when they know the product is flawed.

I ended up punching holes in the leather and adding eyelets for the laces, and now they work great!
