I installed this monitor in the back of my F350 crew cab for my kids and headed across the country on vacation.

6 days of driving and no complaints. . Yes I know it was a bit of a overkill for just a back seat but it works well even when viewing at angles. The picture quality is as expected for the price, but since they were usually watching cartoons it worked great.

I powered it off my Sony in dash DVD player and only used it as a monitor. The dome light and speakers were not used.
