Just installed all seems good, quality looks good and gaskets were included.

Just wanted to mention that on the unit there is a tag that specifies for the warranty to be valid you must also replace the fan clutch at the same time you install the pump. Which I did... this one... ACDelco 15-4694 Fan Blade Assembly and since I was installing a new clutch also just replaced the fan blades while I was at it.. ACDelco 15-80692 Fan Blade Assembly

I know the title of the items is a bit odd, they both just say Fan Blade Assembly but they are not the same item, one is the clutch which just bolts to the Fan Blade with 4 bolts. '04 Silverado 4.8 V8.

And, one last thing, make sure to order a new thermostat, I ordered this one... Hypertech 1014 PowerStat Low Temperature 160 Degree Thermostat it is the thermostat and the housing.

I also replaced all the hoses that were connecting to the water pump, they were all on Amazon.. small price for peace of mind.
