After watching a you-tube demo, the actual install was relatively easy. Took a little more time than the video stated (primarily due to alignment issues and old clamps sticking to the glass), but the replacement part works well. The up and down cycle of this motor and regulator is a little slower than the original, but works smoothly and quietly. The video fails to state that the two clamps that attach to the glass may stick. If they do, just gently pry them apart with a screw driver.
