Packaged came with instructions and everything was included. It arrived extremely fast in two days even though I picked normal shipping.

The hitch is quality and all the welds and paint were good quality. A tow hitch for a ball is included (ball is not included) but I bought the hitch for a bike rack.
Installation time took me 30 minutes. If you can work a wrench you can easily do this. You dont even need to jack the car up. You simply lowered the muffler from two rubber hangers use the fish wire to put the frame supports in. It then attaches to the frame and your tow hook. Another great feature is the hitch has tow hooks built into it so you dont lose that functionality.

I chose this brand/product over some others ones as I looked at the instructions for other competitors and they required drilling and mounting into the tire carrier. I would rather retain factory condition of my car as much as possible. The hitch can easily be removed. I have heard though on the v6 accords you might have to drill through the muffler heat shield but at least that is not drilling into the actual body of the car.
