Here is Collectable Sign and Clock's Phillips 66 gas lighted clock.The clock measures 14 inch across. The outer lens is made from high quality optical Lexan held in place with 3 removable rivets. It is scratch resistant and won't yellow over time. The advertisement face is cut out by a CNC router and the image is placed with a UV dried computer controlled printing process that will last for many years. The back of the clock is made from black ABS plastic that houses a 22 watt fluorescent circline replaceable bulb with an on/off switch in the cord. The clock is a battery operated quartz movement that runs from 1 double AA battery. This is a must for any collector and would look great in your home, office, or garage.

Purchased item as a gift. It is perfect for a garage! Looks very "Old-School". Back light is very bright not dull/dark. The size is perfect for a garage type setting. Numbers are large enough to see from far away. Can hear the "ticking" of the clock but not at all bothersome and only when very quiet. On/off switch to back light is "built into the electric cord" and is somewhat close to the clock face itself so would be hard to reach if mounted up high on wall, but one can just turn off back light by unplugging. Unplugging does not disturb the clock itself as the clock runs on one AA battery. So one can opt to use the back light or not either by not plugging it in or turning the "built into the cord" light switch off. Or better yet, if wish, can plug into a self timer and the light will turn on/off based on your timer settings. Side note: When received the clock, noticed a few "scuff" marks on the side of the clock and a few "knicks" on the edges of the plastic face plate, which somewhat "wraps" around to the side of the clock. But based on the location of the scuffs and knicks, one really can't see it from the front when mounted, so it's not a big deal, but wanted to mention just in case others may be a bit more sensitive.
