Wiha 44590 12-Piece ESD Screwdrivers and Tweezers Technicians Kit Review

I've been using a $20 computer repair kit for the longest time and it does a decent job but there is such a huge difference when you spend money on quality tools. At first I thought $75 for some micro screw drivers and tweezers was ridiculous but the overall feedback of Wiha products says it all. I used this to fix a digitial camera b/c I had to take the thing apart and the quality of the Wiha tools made for easy (tiny) screw removal and firm grasping of screws with the tweezers. My inability to do that with my $20 tool kit prompted me to buy this. I wasn't sure how well the bit holder would do b/c in the cheap sets the bit spins around and doesn't get held firmly in place...that wasn't a problem with the Wiha set. I also thought the tools felt nice and heavy which to me showed they were made of some good material. The tweezers came shipped with a small piece of plastic tubing on them to project from bending and what not but they did come loose so some of the tweezers were just moving around unsecured in the plastic shipping box. A little tape to make sure they don't get damaged would be good. The green case is kind of odd. It 'secures' by velcro but that won't keep these things from falling out. Perhaps I'm a bonehead and am not doing it correctly but I think placement of the velcro on the opposite side would have allowed for this to roll up nicely with enough pressure to keep everything in place.
This doesn't take away from my 5 star review. Bottom line, this is a quality set and you won't be disappointed. It'll make your tasks much easier by having these.
