Lift kit was for the most part self explanatory. Good directions. Never doing a body lift before it did take quite a bit of time to complete. If you have a 2 door (like I do) you only use 10 out of the 12 pucks that come with the kit. Don't waste your time looking under your vehicle trying to figure out where else the body unbolts from the frame. Have to cut sections out of your rear bumper to clear the frame as well as the front valence. Hope this helps.
